URBAN DESIGN + PLANNING

GDS’s urban design and planning capability covers a broad spectrum, from preparing regeneration proposals for developed areas within major cities such as Mumbai and Delhi, to envisioning strategic development to be carried out around new infrastructure facilities and at the ever-expanding urban periphery taking such forms as integrated townships and SEZs. We are capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams of specialized consultants and bring to such projects an approach that simultaneously considers the macro as well as micro scale.

INTERIOR DESIGN

GDS's interior design services carry our architectural design visions through to the smallest detail, enabling us to deliver integrated design solutions towards a complete architectural product. We also undertake stand-alone assignments in interior design, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, hospitality and institutional spaces.

DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY

We strategize the entire project process with a view towards helping individuals, organizations and institutions to optimize their real estate holdings. An understanding of the client’s aspirations is developed through discussion and alternative proposals generated are tested for their investment requirement, expected returns, resource mobilization possibilities and the achievement of near and long term goals.
