The strategic location of the RAH site presents a unique opportunity to implement several key initiatives to accord Adelaide with a rejuvenated and bold city image. The site design overlays the derived existing city grid, with directions of desired movement and orientation. The listed heritage are preserved and re-purposed to boost Adelaide’s ‘Creative City’ aspirations.
